The process starts from collecting the liquid from the rubber trees and any other trees that can also be a source of these raw materials. Then these will be poured into the large container for it to be filtered. The particulate impurities must be removed to create a great Latex mattress.

After it was filtered, it needs to be transferred into a large container pattern or molds. Then it must be soften by water and air bubbles. It will be heated in the right temperature and will be vulcanized afterwards. After all the said process, the liquid latex rubber will then be converted into a stretchy, flexible and solid state.
